Interchange’s Volunteer Induction Training is an accredited module of the Cert IV in Disability or Community Service. It is an online training program that is aimed at volunteers who support participants who are living with disability and provides information and resources to assist volunteers in their role.
To access the training you must be registered with an Interchange member agency. An enrolment key is required to view the training – this will be provided to registered volunteers by their affiliated agency. The training can be accessed here.
The training contains information on Interchange Incorporated, becoming a volunteer, understanding disability, common medical conditions, legal and ethical practice, safety and useful resources.
The training has been developed by Interchange Incorporated in conjunction with Wodonga Tafe and supported by Interchange Incorporated’s network of member agencies.
